We require 72 hours notice for cancellations prior to check in at 4 pm. Those cancelled after this window will be charged 50% of your stay, plus tax. For no-shows, 100% of the booking will be charged.

Check in is at 4 pm, check out is at 11 am. If you’d like to request a late check out, or are arriving early, please give us a call. These are accommodated on a case by case basis, subject to availability.Please note: the minimum age for guest check in is 18. Early and late check in/out requests can be made, subject to availability, for a fee.

We are! Fayetteville and the New River Gorge have plenty to entertain all ages. On site, we have two Family Suites with private bedrooms and a living space, plus several of our standard King Rooms are co-joining. Please ask if you’d like to be allocated to one of these rooms.

Yes! We love dogs. Our pet-friendly rooms are on the first floor and there’s a $50 fee per dog, per night with a limit of two dogs under 50 lbs per room. Please let us know in advance when bringing a pet so we can allocate you to the correct room - send us an email at hello@hillhallhotel.com. Please ensure you leash your pets around the property and do not leave them unattended in your room. We ask you to pick up after your pets and dispose of it in one of our poop stations onsite. Patsy’s is not currently dog-friendly, however, well-behaved dogs are allowed on our outdoor patio. For dogs over 50 lbs, please reach out - additional fees may apply. If you need a hypoallergenic room, please let us know.

Our in-room amenities can be found in every room type we offer. Our Suites are bigger overall, and our Family Suites are our largest room type, sleeping up to 4. Our Queen Rooms are our smallest room type and perfect for the solo traveler or those looking for a simple and intimate stay.

Yes, we have a small selection of complimentary cribs that can be used for infants if you’re unable to travel with a pack’n’play. Please email or call us to ask about availability. These are first come, first served and will fit only in our King Suites, Family Suites, and Standard King Rooms.

All of our rooms sleep two — except for our Family Suites which sleep four in two private bedrooms. We have a few rooms that can be conjoined. Please call or email us to be allocated to one of these.

Yes! Patsy’s is our onsite restaurant and bar, serving home-cooked food from the comfort of our lounge. We serve dinner at Patsy’s five days a week, Wednesday to Sunday (4 - 9 pm); and weekend brunch, Saturday and Sunday (9 - 3 pm).

Please note, we don’t currently serve daily breakfast or lunch but have plenty of recommendations within Fayetteville that you can easily walk to.

Grab & Go Breakfast items and coffee are available at our 24-hour Honor Pantry & Bar, Patsy’s Provisions.

Reserving in advance is always advised, especially during busy periods or weekends. Walk-ins are welcome at the Bar or in the restaurant on a first come, first served basis.

Absolutely. Patsy’s is a gathering space for those passing through and for those who live here. All are welcome!

You’ll find Patsy’s within the original Middle School building (brick fronted), adjacent to the check-in desk. Parking is available for hotel guests and restaurant guests.

We don’t currently offer breakfast at Patsy’s, but we have plenty of places to recommend to you that are within easy walking distance of the hotel. Grab & Go Breakfast items and Coffee are available at our 24-hour Honor Pantry & Bar, Patsy’s Provisions. Weekend Brunch is served 9 - 3 pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Yes! Our cocktail menu is one to explore and savor through every season.

Events hosted at Patsy’s are open to the general public, including seasonal dinners and festive gatherings. Experiences on site are limited to guest-only booking at this time.

We don’t currently host full weddings on site but we are hoping to offer this by 2027. Please inquire with the team at hello@hillhallhotel.com for more information.

If you’re interested in using Hill Hall as your basecamp for your team offsite, exec retreat, or celebratory gathering, please reach out, we’d love to host you and can assist with custom group rates and further information.

We do! Close by (5 minute walk) there is a large co-working space that provides small meeting rooms, desk space, and private booths.

You can! Please email us to inquire with your suggested dates number of expected guests and a brief overview of the expectations for your event. Patsy’s provides seated dining space for 36 people, and standing room for 73 people.
